Each repair is different, some can be done within 15 minutes and others days. Please contact us for a time scale confirmation.

Do I need to do anything before handing over my device?2020-11-03T23:35:12+00:00

We always recommend backing up any data and giving the device a charge before handing over just to speed up any repairs and ensure you dont lose data.

All repairs come with a 12 month warranty excluding liquid damage repairs.

If you cannot find your fault or device listed please contact us and we can try and help you diagnose or get you booked in.

When will i know my device is fixed?2020-11-03T23:39:53+00:00

We will contact you and keep you informed of device status but you can also check the devices repair status using the websites built in repair tracker by signing into your account.

Why do you need my pin?2020-11-03T23:43:01+00:00

Not all repairs will require you to give over a pin BUT any repairs that 100% need the pin code to test or repair will be refused or given with no warranty if you refuse to provide a pin.
